Who Qualifies?
Our institutional program is open to organizations that meet the following criteria:
- Nonprofit organizations
This includes certified nonprofit horticultural societies, plant conservation groups, arboretums, and Botanical Gardens that hold official nonprofit status. - Educational institutions
This covers universities, colleges, and research institutions that run formal botanical programs, horticultural studies, or plant science initiatives.
Eligibility for the a Enthusiast plan is determined at the sole discretion of Plant Provenance. We will verify all provided organizational information and reserve the right to request clarifying documentation or decline any application that does not meet our internal criteria or standards for supporting knowledge and community.
Account access and seats
We tailor access based on the type of organization to ensure proper representative usage:
- Nonprofit organizations
Qualifying nonprofits can add up to three authorized representatives to their account for team management and collaboration. - Educational institutions
We provide access to individual representatives who can be easily linked to their institution's official email domain for secure, verified enrollment.
